I often find myself thinking how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by endless opportunities for adventure and grounded, down-to-earth people. My background—and perspective as a newcomer—allow me to understand just how important it is to find a home that not only meets your practical needs but also feels like the perfect place to build a life. With two years in the business, I still feel like the possibilities are endless and I aim to bring that same optimism and forward momentum to every client interaction.

It started with a whitewater rafting trip down Idaho’s iconic Salmon River in the summer of 2016—and, though the rafting trip was a full week long, Idaho had claimed his heart before his toes ever touched the water. The 200-mile stretch he traveled is known as the “River of No Return”—yet, in a twist of fate, it marked the beginning of his journey to where he now calls home. Today, Justin is proud to be raising his family amidst the rugged beauty and welcoming communities that North Idaho offers.
